All jewelry products displayed on our Website are made from authentic 925 sterling silver unless otherwise specified. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors and designs may vary slightly due to photographic lighting and screen settings. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We accept payment through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. We will notify you if any ordered item is unavailable. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging with tags attached. Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

All our products are hallmarked 925 sterling silver. We provide a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper care. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
