1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We use trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and other leading logistics providers through our shipping partner Shiprocket to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

- Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 50 is charged on all orders. - Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 999 qualify for free standard shipping across India. - Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package weight. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us.

3. Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. - Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. - Custom or personalized jewelry orders may require an additional 3-5 business days for preparation. - You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary based on your location: - Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days - Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days - Remote/Rural Areas: 7-10 business days These are estimated timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, courier delays, or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive: - An email and/or SMS notification with your tracking number (AWB) and courier details. - A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time. - You can also track your order by logging into your account on our Website and visiting the "My Orders" section. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us at info@ezahi.com with your Order ID.

6. Delivery Attempts

- Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your shipping address. - If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us (Return to Origin - RTO). - In case of RTO, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund. - Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number provided are accurate and someone is available to receive the package.

7. Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your jewelry to prevent damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged package: - Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged. Mark it as "damaged" and refuse the delivery. - If you discover damage after opening, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damaged packaging and item. - We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for items damaged in transit.

8. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be undeliverable due to: - Incorrect or incomplete shipping address. - No one available to receive the package after multiple attempts. - Pin code not serviceable by our courier partners. - Customer refuses delivery. In such cases, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment or process a refund (original shipping charges will be deducted).

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes across India. COD availability will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery pin code. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery as our delivery partners may not carry change.
