1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions: - The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. - The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. - The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. - A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required. The following items are NOT eligible for returns: - Custom-made or personalized jewelry. - Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective. - Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery. - Gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps: 1. Email us at info@ezahi.com or call +91 98765 43210 within 7 days of receiving your order. 2. Provide your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 3. Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization along with return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. 4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please do not send returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund: - Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used during purchase. - Bank Processing Time: After the refund is initiated, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or card statement, depending on your bank. - COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details. Total refund timeline: 5-7 working days from the date we receive the returned item.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design: - Exchanges are subject to product availability. - The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. - If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference. - If the replacement item is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded. - Exchange shipping is free if the original item was defective or incorrect.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item: - Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the defect or damage. - We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges. - Defective items covered under our 6-month manufacturing warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions: - Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process. - To cancel an order, email us at info@ezahi.com or call +91 98765 43210 with your Order ID. - If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. - For COD orders, no refund is applicable for cancellations since no payment has been collected.

7. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted: - Items returned after the 7-day return window but within 14 days (at our discretion). - Items that are not in their original condition, are missing parts, or are not in original packaging, due to reasons not caused by our error.

8. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable: - Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to a defect or our error). - Gift wrapping charges. - Any customs or import duties (for international orders).
